For all the moms out there ..... A man came home from work and found his 3 children outside, still in their pyjamas, playing in the mud, with empty food boxes and wrappers strewn around garden. The door of his wife's car was open, as was the front door to the house and there was no sign of the dog. Walking in the door, he found an even bigger mess. A lamp had been knocked over and the throw rug was wadded against one wall. In the front room the TV was on loudly with the cartoon channel and the family room was strewn with toys and various items of clothing. In the kitchen, dishes filled the sink, breakfast food was spilled on the counter, the fridge door was open wide, dog food was spilled on the floor, a broken glass lay under the table, and a small pile of sand was spread by the back door. He quickly headed up the stairs, stepping over toys and more piles of clothes, looking for his wife. He was worried she might be ill, or that something serious had happened. He was met with a small trickle of water as it made its way out the bathroom door. As he peered inside he found wet towels, scummy soap and more toys strewn over the floor. Miles of toilet paper lay in a heap and toothpaste had been smeared over the mirror and walls. As he rushed to the bedroom, he found his wife still curled up in the bed in her pyjamas, reading a novel. She looked up at him, smiled and asked how his day went. He looked at her bewildered and asked, "What happened here today?" She again smiled and answered, "You know every day when you come home from work and you ask me what in the world do I do all day?" ''Yes," was his incredulous reply. She answered, "Well, today I didn't do it!"

Food, inc.

No im not going to be talking about the yummy food channel, im talking about the movie that is out called Food inc and it talks about our food and where it comes from, because we really don't know much about it, but really if we knew, i think most of us would want to change the way we eat, not just for are health but for humanity it self. our food industry is so corrupt and no one really knows about it. exapet the farms who are being abused and pretty much being black mailed. this world makes me sick, its all about money, not ppl's health, i want to move to my own farm and just eat my own growen foods. one day God willing.

Pray for change and help change it by one, watching the movie, Food inc.

two, start buying organic foods. and three find farms around you when you can buy free range

chickens and eggs and other animal products.

consumers are the only one's who can change this corrupt industry, but STOP buying there junk that is making us sick !! WATCH THE MOVIE !! FOOD INC.

Dirty dishes prove I feed my family, full trash can means I clean up after their messes, messy floors mean I let my children have fun, pile of unfolded laundry means I keep my family in clean clothes, wet bathroom means I bathe my kids! Forbidden

I just finished Forbidden last night, I'm thinking

its my fav now. I love the story, and the people in it, and how it

all takes place. It really makes me think about my feelings

and how i act a pone them. I love how its a little tied in with

the circle trilogy. I wish the next book, Mortals was out now.

Pie Press/Empanada Makers

Tupperware pie press- helped me make cherry pie

today for my family !!

Roll out pre-made dough and make it flat and made circles

The bottom of the pie press is the prefect circle for the size

you will need.

Flip press over and place dough down and use about 1 1/2 tbls

of pie mix. dont over stuff !!

Press together and scrap off the extra dough that will come

out the the edges.

Prefect !! lighty put milk on the tops to golden, add a little

bit of white sugar.

Bake for 20 mins @ 350' and they come out Beautiful.

BUT be careful that you dont make your circles to thin and you

dont over stuff or this will happen !!

Pro Chef Soup

I'm making right now creamy potato and carrot soup, and i made it with the help from my Pro Chef from Tupperware !!

Take your pro chef and only use the blade.

Then take one onion and remove the peel and cut in half, through in the pro chef and spin just a bit, and put the nicely chopped pieces in a big pot.

Then you will need 3 potatoes but only using on at a time, take one and cut into 3 pieces and put into pro chef and spin, through into pot, and repeat with the other potato.

then you will need 4 large carrots, take two at a time, peeled and cut in 3 pieces and put in pro chef,

spin, then put in pot, repeat with the rest of carrots.

Make sure there well chopped. For me, the smaller the better, because i have little children that dont like big pieces. add 2 cups water with 2 packs of chicken ox and mix and add to veggies, then add 3-4 cups of milk, just to cover the veggies. cook over medium untill veggies are tender, then add pepper and salt to teats. and parsley !!

when veggies are done, mix 1/4 cup flour with 1/4 butter till smooth.

then add into the soup and mix until thicked. but you dont need to add all of the mixture.

I have now read it all !! some parts were hard to get throw and im sure i got none of the names right. but it was very inlighting to read all of it. I am going to read it again. I was finding i was just reading it to make my goal, so this time im going to read it to find Jesus in new ways.

Number 9 - Read all of Ted Dekker books. Its weird, i have been reading his books for the past 3 years and now i have none to read :( im not sure how i feel about it yet. im happy that im done something on my list but at the same time i wont have anything really good to read till sept 2011 when his next book comes out. My favoret book of his, is THE BRIDE COLLACTER.

Number 21 - Stop drinking Jucie. i haven't had jucie in about 2 weeks now. i have just had mostly water and some milk. and i try having jucie the other day and i couldnt drink it. it was so sweet and gross. lol and i have lost a little weight not having so much sugar in me all of the time.

Im super pumped that my list is going good. i have a few that im almost done so i will be back soon with more things that i have done :)

Small town flood

We have lived here for just over a year and last spring, the water in the ditchs did not get this full. Its kind scary that the water is so deep and moving so fast. and its right beside the school and all the little kids walking by. Hopfuly the ice will get un-stuck and moved away from the school.
There is 2 very large calverts under there. The water is starting to come up on the road. can't walk over that any more...lol

World Of Wheels 2011

This was Lucious' first time going to the world of wheels. he liked all the cars and bikes but he did not like all the people or the noise. we went with my dad and step mom and my 2 younger brothers. it was fun, i think we'll go again next year too. enjoy the pics.
