I'm making right now creamy potato and carrot soup, and i made it with the help from my Pro Chef from Tupperware !!
Take your pro chef and only use the blade.
Then take one onion and remove the peel and cut in half, through in the pro chef and spin just a bit, and put the nicely chopped pieces in a big pot.
Then you will need 3 potatoes but only using on at a time, take one and cut into 3 pieces and put into pro chef and spin, through into pot, and repeat with the other potato.
then you will need 4 large carrots, take two at a time, peeled and cut in 3 pieces and put in pro chef,
spin, then put in pot, repeat with the rest of carrots.
Make sure there well chopped. For me, the smaller the better, because i have little children that dont like big pieces. add 2 cups water with 2 packs of chicken ox and mix and add to veggies, then add 3-4 cups of milk, just to cover the veggies. cook over medium untill veggies are tender, then add pepper and salt to teats. and parsley !!
when veggies are done, mix 1/4 cup flour with 1/4 butter till smooth.
then add into the soup and mix until thicked. but you dont need to add all of the mixture.
